John – I was so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. She babysat my dog Zoe for me occassionally, and Zoe and I will miss her a lot. She always had a ready smile and an infectious laugh, and always made me smile.

John and Bev,
Very sorry to hear of the untimely death of your wife and sister. Kathy was such a joyful person and the world is a happier, better place because of her presence. Regretfully, I am unable to attend either the visitation or the funeral. Although I will not be present, you both are in my thoughts. May you both be given strength as you begin your own personal grief journeys.

I will miss my holiday calls with Kathy. Most of those calls were spent laughing. I’m sorry that we were not able to be closer but we are still family. It appeasrs that you both have many dear friends to love and comfort you. Know that you are always in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless and comfort you.
All my love,

Dear Bev – I can scarcely express the exquisite sadness I feel for you and John and all of Kathy’s friends. Of one thing I feel sure; Kathy knew you were all there with her in her last moments on this plane. She would have heard you at her bedside and felt your love and care. I am so glad the priest was there to comfort and assure.
Pax vobiscum……………….Eleanor

Dear John, Dearest Bev – such a lot I wish to say, so many hugs I wish to give. I never felt further away. As you know, I share your loss as part of the ‘extended family’ and will miss not only Kathy’s up-beat email messages, but also all future meetings that I think we had all planned. Such a very special cousin-sister, such a warm, friendly personality – effervescent but with nothing shallow. My love and condolences to you both. May God give you strength and the support you need John.
Much love to you both Judith
