At Bluewater Rest Home, Zurich, Ont on Friday, January 14, 2011, Anna Therese (Rau) Masse formerly of R.R. 2 Zurich passed away in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Leo John Masse (2003). Dear mother of Beverley and Bob Eichler of London, Garry and Elizabeth Masse of R.R. 2 Zurich, Dan and Karen Masse of Zurich, Susan and Randy Lovie of R.R. 2 Zurich and Doug and Debra Masse of R.R. 2 Zurich. Loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren and of 1 2 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Antoinette Taylor, Jean Geoffrey, Anthony and Patricia Rau, Henry and Matilda Rau, Harold Denomme, Marie Rau, Donna Rau. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and the Onezime Masse family. Predeceased by her parents John and Matilda ( Bedard) Rau, one son Leo in infancy, one sister Madeline Denomme and brothers Wilfred Rau, Joseph Rau and Anthony (Alida) Rau.
Visitation in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph Ont. Fr. Gary Ducharme celebrant. Spring interment St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. C.J. Wallace, Margie Visscher and the staff of Bluewater Rest Home for the excellent care of their mother.
Memorial contributions may be given to Multiple Sclerosis Society or a charity of one’s choice. CWL Prayers will be said on Monday at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
