Peacefully, at Bluewater Rest Home, Zurich, on Tuesday June 22, 2010, Florence Bernadette (Rau) Masse passed away in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Maurice Masse (1976). Dear mother of Philomene Masse of London, Gerard and Judy Masse of London and John and Patricia Masse of Kitchener. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Phoebe
( Laporte) Rau, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Florence was a life member of St. Peters Catholic Women’s League.
Visitation in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, St. Joseph, Ontario on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. Fr. Peter Keller celebrant. Interment St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. Parish Prayers and CWL Prayers will be said on Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bluewater Rest Home Building Fund or a charity of ones’ choice or plant a tree or shrub in her memory.
