At LHSC, University Hospital on Thursday, August 9, 2007 Mervin A. “Casey” Jones of London in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth (Stevens) (Beasley) Jones. Lovingly remembered by his children Nancy Jones and Paul of London, Michael and Louise Jones of Stillwater Lake, Nova Scotia, Michelle and Mike Maziarz of Rockwood, and Mark Jones and his partner Mike Henry of Crystal Beach. Also lovingly remembered by his step-children Joanne Beasley and her partner Bill Frampton of London, Guy Beasley of North Bay, Janet and Tony Wong of Rochester Hills, Michigan and Glen and Lori Beasley of Redwood City, California. Loving grandfather of Casey; Jacob; Guy Jr.; Steven, Joshua and Jason; Ellery and Alayna; and Thomas. Beloved brother-in-law of Violet Jones of Exeter. Predeceased by wife Joan Weber, brother William Jones and his parents Arthur and Lily Jones. Mervin was a member of the United Association and the Tri County Heritage Club of Ilderton. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter one hour prior to a memorial service which will be held on Saturday, August 11th at 11 AM with Pastor William Kramer officiating. Cremation with interment Dashwood Lutheran Cemetery. Donations to the Lung Association or Zion Lutheran Church, Dashwood would be appreciated by the family.
