Mike Parsons

Peacefully, at his late residence on Sunday, October 7, 2007 Mike Parsons of Centralia in his 47th year.  Beloved husband and best friend of Lynne Dobson.  Cherished son of Doug and Norma Parsons of Exeter and son-in-law of Doris and Doug Slemin of Nova Scotia and Robert Dobson and Marg Reid of London.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Gary and Geraldine Parsons of Lucan, Jim and Paulette Parsons of Woodstock, Darlene and Ron Campbell of London, Cheryl Parsons and Bill Jory of London, Randy and Debbie Parsons of Bramalea, Chris Parsons of B.C., Cathy Parsons and Winston Patterson and Karen and Ron Rupert all of Grand Bend, Judy and Mark Cronyn and Pete and Terri (Dobson) Parsons all of Centralia and Rodney Dobson and Susie Walsh of Clinton.  Mike will be sadly missed by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mike was passionate about family and work.  He took over the family business in 1990 operating as Mike Parsons Landscaping.  He learned the skills of the trade from the best, his dad.  Mike had a reputation for going the extra mile and it showed in every job he completed.  Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 11th at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating.  Interment Exeter Cemetery.  Donations to St. Elizabeth Health Care, Make-A-Wish Foundation or Big Brothers, Big Sisters of South Huron would be appreciated by the family.
