Suddenly at his home on September 17, 2021 of Exeter and formerly of Kirkton in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Mathers) for 65 years. Loving father of Lorrie (Peter) Hrudka, Lisa (Jeff Loosley) Taylor, Lynda (Kevin Baxter) Cooper, Julie (Steve) O’Neill, and Gary Morrison. Cherished Grandpa of Kyla, Amy, Kelsey, Chad, Kirby, Courtney, Lauren, Jeri, and Brookelynn, and Great-Grandpa of Hannah, Charlie, June, Levi, Piper, Grace, and Lucas. Dear brother-in-law of Pauline Morrison, John (Donna) Mathers, Ross (Marlene) Mathers, Lloyd (Bonnie) Mathers and Jack Guenther. Missed by many extended family and friends. Predeceased by infant daughter Wendy, parents Verda (Moore) and Russell Morrison, brothers Ray and Preston, parents in law Ilene (Walker) and Andrew Mathers and sister-in-law Mary Richardson.
Reg was a ‘Crazy Cob of Corn’ he loved his family so much and made friends everywhere he travelled. Everything was ‘more better’ during retirement, where he enjoyed dancing, camping and spending time in his gardens.
A private family graveside service will be held at Kirkton Union Cemetery on Saturday October 2 at 2PM. Though the service is private the family invites you to join with them from the comfort of your home. Stream the service live or at your convenience by visiting www.facebook.com/haskettfh
Keeping with Reg’s wishes cremation has taken place. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
