Peacefully, at Bluewater Rest Home, Zurich, on Thursday, February 12, 2015, Carl Maxwell Osmond, formerly of Brantford, passed away at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Daisy (Knee) Osmond. Dear father of Fred and Babbie Osmond of Florida, Cathy and Ernie Beal of R. R. 2, Zurich and Darrell Osmond of Brantford. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his sisters Audrey (Bill) and Shirley and his many nieces and nephews. Carl was a long time employee of CN Railroad. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Rose Osmond, 1 brother and 3 sisters. Cremation. There will be no funeral home visitation.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Society or the Bluewater Rest Home.

Carl was originally from st newfoundland and before he left from Ontario I recall as a kid of about 10 he had an old car perhaps a 1935 model, more like a jeep, and he had me in with him.
I too left for Toronto in 66 but so busy was I that I didn’t link up with carl and daisy and yet they were so close.
He came from a big family like me. His mother rose was my lovely granny. I’m saddened they have both passed.my condolences to his immediate children
