At LHSC – University Hospital, London on Friday, August 24th, 2018 of Lucan in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Mae (Cobleigh) Paton for 56 years. Loving dad of Jim and Donna Paton of Lucan and Darlene and Dave Howald of Ilderton. Loved grandpa of Anita, Adam, Andrew, Jack and Alicia, and Caitlin. Dear brother-in-law of Arthur and Maryon Cobleigh and Peter Manders all of Grand Bend, Patricia and Robert Porter of Lambeth, and Wayne McCarty of Shediac, NB. Clare will also by missed by his several nieces and nephews and by his many friends at the upcoming plowing matches. Predeceased by his sister Ila Logan, brother-in-law Wilfred Logan, and sisters-in-law of Margaret Manders and Daisy McCarty.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral will be held on Thursday, August 30th at 11 AM. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye.
