We were so shocked & saddened by Randy’s passing. You are in our prayers, and have our deepest, and most heartfelt sympathy at this most difficult time. Randy made my last two years with the School Board a pleasure..We worked, but had a fun-time, filled with jokes and much laughter. May you find comfort, strength and peace in your most precious memories of Randy.

Dear Barbara,
Randy will be greatly missed. I will remember his smile, his laugh, his weekly FL weather reports (daily during hurricane season), and his great catch of redfish which he generously left in FL. He was always ready for fun and that made him fun to be around.
Love, Joan and John

My condolences to Randy’s family. You were most certainly blessed with the incredible energy and love that Randy exuded. Our group, the Flowing Waters Clan, was blessed first when Randy was part of the team that integrated us but more importantly when he chose to stay with our group for almost another year. What we learned from Randy’s gifts continues to serve us 18 years later as our group is still strong and ongoing because of his wisdom and teaching. We honor and thank you Randy.

I have been blessed to have had spent much time with my friend and mentor Randy over the past 15 years. I was fortunate to bear witness to his generous, selfless love that he shared with many men over the years. He was truly a spiritual man who touched the souls of so many. He worked tirelessly to support and facilitate the emotional and spiritual healing of many wounded and powerful men. He was truly a blessing to all whose lives he touched and will be sorely missed by men from all over the world. My brother, my friend, I will miss your hearty laugh, humour, companionship, and steadfast love. I am grateful for the the sacred bond we share. Blessings to you my friend as you rest with the Winged. Washte

My condolences to Barb and her family. I can’t believe that Randy has passed on. I knew Randy since 1966, He was always a super guy and kind friend to me. I can remember all the days that we rode our motorcycles. He sure could ride that bike. I lost track of Randy for many years and when the school boards joned together that is when we ran into each other again. He was on regular maintenance doing all kinds of repairs in our school system. We sure had lots of laughs . Many many memories I have of Randy. My heart goes out to the family. God Bless all of you. Harold Shaw.

My condolences to the family. Although I had limited contact with Randy he was a figure who loomed large in my healing journey. I would look forward to seeing him on my Labour Day camping trips to the Pinery. There is a definite hole in the fabric of humanity today. My sorrow is deep.

It is 3:47 AM and I cannot sleep. Google is amazing. I cannot believe I cannot call Randy today and talk about our lives. How can this be? The pictures that are flashing above are truly representative of his life. Butterflies, Kimi, Rob’s wedding, a shot of May 1955. His life was full of love and soul and he taught me more about both than any man has ever taught me! How unfair that Randy is not with us today and is gone forever. But wait a minute he lives within my memories and I have many. Especially his rendition of Barry White’s music! He was also my confidant–I could tell him things that I could not reveal to any other man. I trusted him and he taught me about trust also. Bless you, Randy. Your health struggle was endless and painful and I now hope you will not suffer any more. I love you and miss you already.

Dear Barbara: I am writing to express how sorry we are and how we all will miss Randy so much. Throughout the years we’ve had the chance to get to know Randy and we’ll miss his laugh and the good times we’ve shared.
