Condolence From: Fr Dominic Borg,ocd
Dear Frances and Doris, I was shocked to hear about the accident of Douglas. It is always difficult to accept such events in our history. Our faith comes to our rescue because even though we do not understand,we can rest assure that God, who is our Father, has a plan which in the long run is good for all. This evening I will be saying the 7.00p.m. Mass for the repose of his soul and the intentions of your family. I do regret that I will be unable to be present at the prayers and the funeral because I have prayers and a funeral of Michael Martines on Thursday evening and Friday in Toronto.I will be more than happy if in the near future we organize a Mass for Douglas. We will talk about it later. Please do accept my sympathy and prayers. Donation to follow. Rest assure of my prayers and May the Good Lord grant a share in His Kingdom to Douglas,as I am sure that He already has: “Do not be afraid little flock,it is the pleasure of My Father to give you His Kingdom”. Luke 12.32 With Love and Prayers, Fr Dominic, ocd
