Surrounded by her family at LHSC- Victoria Hospital on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 of Exeter at the age of 62. Cherished wife of Mark Shepley for 42 years. Loving mother of Taunya Shepley, Stan and Jill Partridge, Willy & Shallon Partridge, Candice & Scott Forgie, Brandy Shepley & John Roesch, and Mark & Melissa Shepley. Dear grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Dear sister of 5 sisters and 1 brother. Predeceased by her parents Stan and Ruth Gratton.
A Celebration of Peggy’s Life will be held at the R. C. L. – R.E. Pooley, Branch 167 (Exeter Legion), 316 William Street, Exeter on Sunday, March 1st from 2 – 5 PM. Words of Remembrance will be held at 4 PM. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Home, Exeter (519-235-1220).
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
We are always willing to go where called upon but this image shows a visual of the communities that our included in our initial transportation fee. We offer a 40km radius from any of our 5 locations (Arva (London), Exeter, Lucan, Seaforth, and Zurich). Any mileage beyond the included 40km will be charged a rate of $2.50/km (one way travel only).

Growing up, she could come back with a funny comment or jab to keep ya on your toes, she was always approachable and could relate with you and understood what you were going through when most parents couldn’t
I’ll cherish many fond memories of Tobermory trailer vacations, hiking the Bruce trails, watching reruns of the Simpsons after school and having laugh after laugh, most times at my own expense, but that’s what she did to let you know how to be better.
