Our condolences to our dear tante Anna, Sjaan and Riek on the loss of your sister, Cornelia.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Mom talked fondly of family in Holland and New Zealand often, when we were young and even more so in her later years living in Lucan. She made sure that we would never forget our family overseas by telling us stories and showing us photographs. You can take comfort in the fact that your sister passed away in her home peacefully just as she wanted. She loved life to the fullest and that is her legacy we will carry forward. Even though you are so far away in Holland I know that the bond you have as sisters will always be near to you. That is the power that no ocean can separate.
Love to you all from
Jane, Peter, Burda, Harriet and Paul

It’s difficult to reason
When we loose our loved ones ….
But, their memories must not only spur us on
But serve as a reason to do our best and live the best possible life!
We are sure your mom would have wanted it no other way ….
We wanted you to know that you are in our thoughts.
The memories of the time we spent together with your mom are in our minds.

To the VanDeBorne family:
You are all in my thoughts and prayers and wishing you much strength in the coming week. You made it possible for your mother to stay in her home which was her greatest wish – you allowed that to be granted to her. She was very lucky to be blessed with a family like yours.
