Peacefully, surrounded by her family at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Saturday, June 26, 2004 Veronica (Von) G.(Maloney) Overholt of Exeter and formerly of Centralia. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Helen Overholt and Glen and Laura Overholt all of Zurich, Marlene and Ron Moore and Martin and Laura Overholt all of Exeter, Elaine and Tom Hayter of Dashwood, and Pauline and Brad Tait of London. Loving Grandma of Patrick Overholt and Arlene Cottel and Colleen Overholt and Mike Cyr; Greg and Julie Overholt, Roxanne and Ken Brideau, and Darrick Overholt and Cori Habkirk; Melissa and John VanRoestel and Shawn Moore and Jamie McPherson; David and Sarah Overholt; Justin, Adam and Lindsay Jayne Hayter; and Nathan and Aaron Tait. Proud great-grandmother of Michaela and Melody Cyr; Joshua and Nicole Brideau; Cameron Overholt; and Rachel, Theo and Adrian VanRoestel. Dear sister of Teresa Bedour of Goderich. Predeceased by her son Garry Joseph Overholt (1982), an infant grandson, her parents Thomas and Theresa Maloney, her sisters Helen Aubin and Loretta Skinn and brother Frank Maloney. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Precious Blood Church, 200 Sanders Street W. Exeter on Tuesday, June 29th at 11AM with Father Callistius St. Louis celebrant. Interment Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Precious Blood Church or Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church would be appreciated by the family. Prayers will be said in the funeral home Monday evening at 8:30 p.m.
