After a courageous battle with rheumatoid arthritis and than cancer, Marilyn Lillian (Schmidt) Warner, of Bayfield, passed away at Clinton Public Hospital on Sunday June 13, 2010 in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Warner (2005). Dear mother of Michael and Mary Ann Warner of Bayfield and Darlene and Joe Wild of R.R. 1 Bayfield. Loving grandmother of Brooke and Kevin Caul and Caileigh Wild and her friend Mike Sirois and great-grandmother of Adelyn Caul. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Gloria (Ken) Rabethge, Ward (Joanne) Schmidt, Claudine (George) Koyich, Marie (Albert ) Deichert and Shirley Schmidt. Predeceased by her parents Ed & Emma Schmidt and her siblings Walter (Kay) Schmidt, June (Ken) Evans, Maurice Schmidt and Joy (Claude) Bowman, brother-in-law Harold Warner and son-in-law Cameron Reder.
Visitation in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Zurich on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 2 p.m. Pastor Richard Holm officiating . Interment Bayfield Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rheumatoid Arthritis Society, M.S Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
