At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, of RR 1 Thedford and formerly of Lucan in his 76th year. Father of Deanna, Laura, Tonya and Ken, Wendy and Jodi. Survived by 8 grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Marie Cain of Lambeth, Vyonne McCarthy of St.Thomas, Ken and Marion Young of Chatham, and Pat Benda of London. Remembered by friends Cheryl McMillan and Jay Eckenswiller of Northville. Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Jean Young, siblings Jim Young, Fred Young, Bob and Patricia Young, Freda and Jake Van Arenthals, Gertie and Glenn Kennedy, and brothers-in-law Art Cain, Ernie McCarthy, and Jack Benda.
Friends may gather at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Tuesday, May 8th at 5:30 PM where a Masonic Service will held at 6PM under the auspices of Lebanon Forest Lodge, A.F. & A.M. No. 133, Exeter. Cremation with interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye.
