My family had the privilege of sharing not only in Roy’s talented music but in his gentle spirit and kindness towards others. He spent many days with my mom at bible study and praying for others. Thoughts and prayers to you the family as Roy has gone on to his eternal home. Blessings, Jeanie Pizzati and family

Hello,
My father, George, sat with Roy for meals at Earl Court. The two struck up a lovely friendship. My whole family got to know Roy and his affable, easy personality. He was a true country gentleman. He will be missed.
On behalf of the MacMillan family, please accept our sincere condolences.

Sorry to hear about Roy. He will be greatly missed by many as he was such a kind, sweet man and he at one time was my back yard neighbour when he lived on George St in Lucan. I know you will be playing your fiddle in heaven!

Dear family,
Roy and I went back a long time. I first met Roy when he was driving a truck for William Stones.,
Later on he moved to Lucan to take over Roy Hamilton’s gas station. I remember him as a cheerful honest business man. We enjoyed our visits with him in the nursing home, where he always showed a Christian spirit.
We will miss him!

Roy, Carol & family. We have many fond memories of your dad at church, visiting him in his home on Kent Street. Harold played the guitar, Mitzi Judith Lee on the piano while your dad was on his fiddle. He was one great man & will be remembered by his caring ways, his chuckle & great sense of humor. We can still hear him saying ‘Well by golly’. What an honor to be called his friend. May our Lord comfort you with strength, fond memories & faith in Him.

Dear Zinn family,
Dave, Darcy, Kate, Luke & I are saddened to hear that Roys long adventure on earth has ended.
You know how much our family loved and appreciated Roy, for who he is and for all he did for our Mom, Isabelle. He brought much joy to her last years. He was a fine example of patience and positivity in the face of adversity. I very much enjoyed accompanying him on the piano while he entertained on the violin.
He will be missed so much, Love from Carmen Jones & family
